ExperiEd Virtual Reality brings to life an amazing array of experiences, places and even points in time. Using our VR enrichment software users will see, hear and experience the sights and sounds in such a realistic way, it feels as though they are living and breathing a real environment.
Available with music, audio guides and/or sound design, the ExperiEd VR enrichment software is perfect for accessing old memories and experiences, as well as creating new ones from wherever the user is comfortable. Instant access to whatever or wherever they want.

We offer many VR experiences across a wide variety of places and subjects. We can also tailor these options or create bespoke experiences for specific care needs. For example, with the Experied software, everyone can experience trekking deep within the Amazon, standing at 30,000 feet on Everest’s summit, diving the oceans or simply sitting on a beach. However, we also offer individual tailored experiences which can transport people back to special places and treasured memories.

How we do it
Our experiences use Virtual Reality video footage and sensory sound technology to create experiences that are so realistic, users feel they are living and breathing in a real life environment. There are different packages available depending on your needs and budget.
Pricing
Product 1: singular experience selected from the library, including:
- One VR video, length can be tailored from five to twenty minutes long
- Supporting music, audio guides and/or sound design which can be tailored.
Product 2: three experience pack, selected from the library, including:
- Three VR videos, length can be tailored from five to twenty minutes long
- Supporting music, audio guides and/or sound design which can be tailored.
Product 3: five experience pack, selected from the library, including
- Five VR videos, length can be tailored from five to twenty minutes long
- Supporting music, audio guides and/or sound design which can be tailored.
Product 4: Promotional Activity
- Immersive and entertaining VR experiences, pre-packaged for use at promotional or special events.
- One-off package that can be tailored for different audiences and adjusted for many different experiences.
- Supporting music, audio guides and/or sound design which can be tailored.
Product 5: Tailored care
- Immersive VR experiences, tailored to help with specific situations and conditions.
- We will work alongside families and support workers to create specific VR experiences to bring loved ones comfort and enjoyment, through videos that access old memories, places and experiences.
- This package will be uniquely tailored to each individual’s needs. We can accommodate an array of experiences, places and even points in time, making places and experiences that seem out of reach accessible to everyone.

Basic package: This package comprises of: VR footage (as outlined below) and fifteen basic headsets (more can be purchased as required at an additional cost).
The basic headsets require users and/or support workers to use their own phones to access the VR footage. Sound will be played from the phone either via the speaker or their personal headphones. Phones are slotted into the headsets and these headsets are reusable.
Advanced package: This package comprises of: VR footage (as outlined below) and fifteen advanced ExperiEd VR headsets (more can be purchased as required at an additional cost).
These headsets feature a built in, wrap-around, high definition screen as well as sensory surround-sound audio. These headsets provide the ultimate VR experience and will deliver the most realistic and immersive experience possible for users. These headsets can be purchased or rented, depending on your needs and budget.
