After many years creating feature films, documentary and educational content, our team have a deep understanding of how people consume content, which has been a key factor in developing ways to help users engage with the materials.
Founders
Ben Loyd Holmes
Ben is a multi award winning content producer, who has internationally released more than 200 titles including 7 feature films. Additionally he has consulted on many video based projects, offering his expertise in how to increase long lasting engagements with often difficult subjects.
Ben has given talks with a number of education providers including Imperial College London and is known for his ability to communicate and deliver content to a wide audience.
Ben is an adventure and experience seeker. From flying helicopters to diving with sharks or exploring Komodo, Ben has sought out experiences and adventures that has taught him about different cultures and issues around the world.

Adrian Blake – Head teacher
Adrian has worked in secondary and further education for over 20 years, having led the Advanced Skills Teacher Network as an AST for Inclusive Learning for the London borough of Sutton, where he was a regular contributor to the Roehampton PGCE Programme, and ran the largest ever project for London Gifted and Talented. Adrian has also spent over a decade serving on three different school leadership teams in state and independent education, and he has been a member of the ISA, and Headteacher of the Arts Educational Schools London since 2012, winning the ISA Excellence Award in 2015. In that time Adrian has also shared his experience and expertise on a wide range of educational issues as an Associate for PiXL and PiXL6, as a Consultant for Kestrel Education, Oasis Trust, United Learning, ARK, and the SSAT, and has also devised and implemented numerous national training and development initiatives as Director of Part-time Learning, and now Director of Educational Programmes for the Arts Educational Schools London. Adrian also serves on the ISA National Executive Council. His specialisms include: Coaching for success, effective school leadership, change management, staff recruitment and retention, training for difficult conversations, teaching and learning, curricular and extra-curricular arts education, innovating the curriculum, and Inclusive Learning (including effective education for the most able and SEND).
